With the compact Summit charger, slow and park flyer enthusiasts can use any 12V DC power source to quickly and safely peak charge batteries anytime, anywhere. Its variable rate current (.250A to 4.5A) allows it to be used with small 150mAh packs all the way up to 8.4V 3000mAh battery packs. Simply dial in the desired charge rate, push the Start button, and walk away. The Summit takes care of everything else.

Peak Prediction & Pulse Maintenance

Unlike a regular peak detection charger that simply detects peak charge after it occurs, the Summit's advanced Peak Prediction circuitry monitors a battery pack's condition throughout the charge process and actually calculates when a 100% charge will occur. This assures a perfect peak charge every time without the hazards of overcharging. Once a battery pack is fully charged, the Summit's Pulse Maintenance Mode (PMM) takes over. PMM uses a combination of high frequency positive and short duration discharge pulses to condition the batteries while keeping them fully charged until they're used. Think of it as an enhanced trickle charge. In fact, the conditioning benefits of PMM will actually extend the life of your batteries simply by charging with the Summit.

Wired and Ready

The E-fliteSummit will work with both Ni-Cd and Ni-MH cells and comes wired with Tamiya, standard receiver, and BEC-style charge leads. The power input is wired with banana plug connectors for use with a power panel. Alligator clip adapters are also included for direct connection to a 12V sealed battery. The Summit offers all this stateof- the-art technology at a very affordable price, making it one of the best hobby values you will find anywhere. Treat yourself to the confidence and convenience that a only a peak charger can offer without feeling like your paying peak price.
