Shipping
: To save you money, we figuring shipping amounts in-house after an order is received and packed for shipping. The exact amount charged by DHL, FedEx or USPS Priority mail to ship your package will be added to your order. The merchandise total and the actual shipping charge is the amount that will be charged to your credit card. We do not charge a "handling fee" on our web orders.

We ship orders using DHL, FedEx® and USPS Priority Mail. Small packages valuing less than $100 can be shipped USPS Priority Mail. All others will be shipped via DHL or FedEx. All packages are insured for the value of the merchandise. We will ship via the least expensive method unless you specify otherwise. Orders received with a request for falsification of documentation will be declined.

Unless you tell us different, we will package and ship your order using the least expensive method defined above, charge your credit card, then notify you that it has been shipped.

We will issue a "Shipping Coupon" which pays for a portion of your shipping for orders over $250. The customer is responsible for paying any additional fees, such as Home Delivery, Rural, oversize, overweight or faster shipping methods. The "Shipping Coupon" is applied at the time your order is processed, and reduces the amount you pay for shipping. There is no set rate for the Shipping Coupon. It depends on the total amount of your order, the size and weight of the package, etc. The small green truck symbol is displayed on the items qualifying for reduced price shipping.

Orders for less than $250 total will be charged the exact DHL, FedEx or USPS shipping rates.

Although our standard shipping method is via DHL, FedEx Ground or Home Delivery, or USPS Priority Mail, you can tell us in the comments section of your order to use a faster method, including 3 day, 2 day, or overnight guaranteed delivery. Depending on your location, ground shipment usually takes 3 to 4 days. We will send you an Email notification when we receive your order and another when it has been shipped.

NOTE: Both DHL and FedEx guarantee next day delivery in Florida for standard ground service.

Missing or incorrect items in order: Occasionally human error results in a missing or incorrect item being sent with your order. If this happens, notify us immediately (preferably by Email). We will resolve each problem on a case by case basis.

Returning Merchandise: Any merchandise returned for a refund must be returned within 30 days of purchase and include an RMA number issued by Graves R/C Hobbies. The merchandise must be unused, in its original package, and in resalable condition. Do not write on the package. We will not exchange or refund any product with a product package having "defective" or anything else written on it. Anything installed constitutes used merchandise. Servo returns must include the complete accessory package. Any servo return with an incomplete or missing accessory package will not be refunded. Your return should be shipped insured for your protection. All returns must include a copy of the original packing list that came with your shipment. You may be charged a re-stocking fee equal to our original cost of shipping. You must include a note with the RMA number and the reason for return or exchange or we will not process your return.

Defective Merchandise: Defective merchandise must be returned to their respective companies.

Special note: Lithium Polymer Batteries: Once you receive your battery/battery pack, test it for a low voltage condition before you charge or discharge the battery. Once you place a connector on, use, discharge or charge a Lithium Polymer battery/battery pack, there is no warranty. ALL lithium battery warranties are handled exclusively by the manufacturer.

Limits of Responsibility: We accept no responsibility for misuse or crash damage. We are not responsible for typographical errors.

Shipping Damage Or Packages Lost In The Mail: All merchandise is shipped insured. Send us a detailed notice of damage or loss and we will start the claim process. You will then be advised of the status of your claim.

Back Orders and Out-Of-Stock Items: You cannot purchase an out-of-stock item on our web site. However, we may run out of an item while we are filling orders on a given day. If we do run out of stock on one of the items in your order, we will ship the rest of your order unless you tell us otherwise. You will not be charged for any item we do not ship. You will need to re-order when the product becomes available, as we do not maintain a back order log.

Privacy Policy: While we do save your Email address in our ordering-customers mailing data base, we do not share your personal information with any other company.
