MOUNTAIN MODELS SWITCHBACK 3D
The Switchback 3D was designed for the pilot who wants something more that the run of the mill parkflyer. With an all up weight of under 12 ounces and powered by the GWS EPS300 Speed 300 motor, this plane will tear up the skies. This is an aileron/elevator/rudder ship with a fully symmetrical wing and is capable of almost any aerobatic maneuver you can imagine.
If you don't want that kind of performance, the Switchback Sport may be just what you're looking for. It has a larger, flat bottom wing for more sedate flying. The Switchback Sport still has plenty of performance. Inverted flight, rolls, outside loops are all part of its repertoire.
The only difference between the two planes is the wing. Wing kits can be purchased separately so you can convert from one plane to the other easily.
As with all our planes, the Switchback is laser cut and is simple to assemble. All the parts are notched for easy alignment. The extensive builders manual is filled with photos documenting each building step.
