Features
- Gasoline engine for large scale aircraft applications.
- CDI (Capacitive Discharge Ignition) One-piece, solid state Electronic
- Ignition with no breaker points, making it very dependable and
- virtually maintenance-free.
- Machined using highly-specialized state-of-the-art CNC equipment,
- which makes for better overall quality and a tighter parts fit.
- Two decompression valves allow turning the engine thru easily during
- starting. Either valve can be pushed in, and once the engine fires,
- the valve automatically snaps shut for running compression.
- Valves are located in the center part of each cylinder. The front
- valve is easily accessible by hand in airplanes with open cowlings.
- The rear valve can be operated by a firewall-mounted servo in
- airplanes with closed cowlings. (For firewall-mounted servo, the
- modeler must decide where and how to install it, and may need an
- extra channel on the radio for operation.)
- One-set needle valve so you can fly all day without having to change
- valve settings on the easy-to-understand Walbro carburetor.
- Propeller is held securely by a knurled hub, and two other optional
- lengths of hubs are available for different cowling sizes.
- Muffler is designed specifically for use in R/C airplanes having
- three exhaust ports instead of one. The mufflers mount to the
- engine's cylinder heads on both sides.
- Heads are painted light blue and crankcase is natural silver.
- Cylinders utilize chrome plated internal construction for long life
- Included metal motor mounts.
- Tools and one extra of each mounting bolt included.
- Optional electric starter with mounting hardware is available.
- Optional spring starter with mounting hardware is available.
- 3-YEAR Warranty
