We do not charge a "Handling Fee" for web orders. When you see this symbol , it means we will pay standard FedEx Ground shipping fees for orders over $250. That does not include charges for home delivery, rural delivery, oversize, overweight or faster delivery methods. Orders for less than $250 will be charged standard FedEx shipping rates.
